Is it Friday yet???
I am absolutely knackered from training and racing last week so I have to admit that it's a struggle here at work. For the 1st time in a while I am looking forward to my day off the bike!! My calves will thank me later.
Track training is surprisingly tough. The short but regular bursts of energy take their toll by the time the 2.5 hour session is up. I think I need a KERS system!!!!
After receiving another of GazMan's W...... Alerts I was inspired to give myself a good story to write about. I wanted to talk about attacking the field, I wanted to talk about TT'ing my way to a solo victory but most of all I wanted to talk about a couple of hot babes commenting on my physique........... But then I realised - who really gives a S#%T.
I am going to keep my story in my head and let the W....... tell all the tales.

Jono and I headed out on our usual run up to the Kinglake bakery. I’d packed my $4.80 in correct change, ready to hand over in exchange for the usual latte and jam donut. Expecting a big smile and thank you from the lady behind the counter I realised that you don’t only get broken bones from descending on the wrong side of the road. Instead you can also get a shattered cheek bone from angry residents who need a bit more time to get over the disaster. How do I explain this? Was it inexperience? I think I can rule that out... Was it a badly programmed GPS? I doubt it – I never get this sort of stuff wrong. Maybe it was because I am the biggest TOSSER on the road and bushfire or not I just deserved to get smashed........

Facebook, Twitter, MySpace, MSN Messenger, SMS, Blogs .. WTF?????
Now - c'mon. Is it just me or are others struggling to keep up with the amount of noise out there...??
A few years ago (about 4) I tried MSN messenger because I thought it might be cool to communicate with friends or even work mates. After about 2 weeks minutes I turned it off because I couldn't get through 5 minutes work without someone repeatedly saying 'gr8' or 'lol' or some other web speak that I didn't understand straight away.
Now, I can't keep up with all the different 'friends/communcations sites'. Is it just me?????
I only just get onto Facebook which in itself seems like a full time job, when there is more again. I need a PA to do my blogging and chatting and twitting.........
I need to get Col's advice on this issue.
